New
students: No need to pre register. Just
show up 10 minutes prior to your class in order to fill
out paperwork and get settled in. Failure to arrive
10 minutes prior to class for your first visit may result
in missing out on attending the class.
Late admittance into class is subject to the teacher’s
discretion.
Turn cell phones and pagers OFF and remove shoes once
inside. All other belongings should be stored in the dressing
room and not in the main studio.
Room is heated for most
classes.
Please dress appropriately and be prepared
to sweat!
Yoga mat and towel are required and are available for
rent.
Please drink plenty
of water
(1-2 liters 1 1/2 hours
prior to class) and bring a bottle of water to class.
Bottles of water are also available for purchase at the
studio.
Come to class on an empty stomach and an open mind.
No
eating is recommended 2-3 hours before class.
Remember:
You will receive all the benefits of this amazing practice
by being present and trying your best.
